Financial Policy

Payment for endodontic procedures are due the same day treatment is rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also use cash or a check to settle your account.

If you have dental insurance we will assist you by processing a claim for you. Please be aware that "insurance" was designed to be used as a reimbursement for payment, not as a substitute for payment. For charges less than $300 we require full payment at time of service. A claim will be processed to have your insurance carrier reimburse you directly for these charges. As a courtesy to you, for charges over $300 we only require 50% of the fee at the time of service. A dental insurance claim for the procedure will be filed with your carrier for the full amount. Once payment is made, usually in four to six weeks, any adjustments due to you will be made. Most dental insurance carriers cover dental endodontic procedures at a rate that varies from 50% to 80% of their established Usual Customary Rate fee.
